The Cooperative Hotel of the Conference is Soluxe Hotel Guangzhou, which also is the venue of the Conference. It is a five-star hotel located on the North Bank of the Pearl River. It has comfortable environment, convenient transportation and a variety of Chinese and Western cuisine. The Hotel specially provides two types of rooms and their preferential prices for participants. Due to the shortage of rooms, it is suggested that participants book hotels as soon as possible after confirming the itinerary. Reservations are made by clicking the button 'Hotel Booking' in the menu bar of the conference website.

Booking instructions:
1) Room charges should be paid at the front desk of the hotel.
2) Hotel room type includes Single Room（big bed） and Standard Room. The conference has a discount price at the hotel, CNY600 per night.
3) Please fill in the information of all occupants in each room truthfully.
4) Invoice information should be contacted with the hotel front desk after check-in.
5) Please confirm your reservation before booking. The Conference group is required to bear the loss of room cost for the hotel that has booked but not checked-in.
6) When booking a room, please confirm the check-in date carefully. Check-out date can also be told to the front desk of the hotel when checking in.
7) Check-out time of hotel room is 2:00 p.m. If check-out time is overtime, half-day room charge will be charged.
8) If you need to cancel or change Hotel bookings, please cancel them in the personal information column.
